Great People: There are a lot of nice condos in Ocean City, Md. Unfortunately, dealing with the people that rent them can be a hassle. That's why when someone goes that extra step for you, I think they deserve a little credit.
I had a flat tire just twenty miles outside of Ocean City on Route 50. I'd been driving for four hours and just wanted to get into my rental property, get settled and relax. Now I'm a half hour away and there's no way I'm going to be there at check in time. I called Ocean City Weekly Rentals to tell them I would be late and to ask for the number of a local service station.
They asked if I had a spare (I did, thank God) and said that they would send their maintenance man out right away. The maintenance man (Jim) must have left immediately because he was there in twenty minutes. He fixed the tire and suggested that I follow him in to the office. I was afraid he would drive fast (he certainly must have coming out) but he stayed at the speed limit all the way in.
The amazing thing is, I tried to pay him and he refused. "Company policy" he said. When I asked the people at the office what I owed, they said no charge. "Just keep us in mind for next year". I most certainly will!
My rental unit was more than adequate, in a great location and the rental rate was better than other places I called, but they took such good care of me all week long that next time I'd be happy to pay more. With me, service is a top priority and these people went above and beyond the call of duty.

I just felt like I wanted to take the time to Thank each and everyone of you at OCWR for your wonderful hosptality I felt the first year I started coming to OC and staying with you guys. The girls in the office were SO accommodating and friendly, not to mention the places we've stayed at were very very clean and you guys always seemed so concerned that we are happy at all times. It has made us even more excited about our vaction to know the accommodations are going to be wonderful and there is nothing to worry about... Thanks again OCWR I will continue to recommend you to all my friends and family !!!!!

Just a short note to say thank you for a great time at Ocean City. The four of us; my wife and I, my sister, and a friend who has COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ) spent a great week at Ocean City. The lady with COPD has not been away for a long time because of her illness. Your staff made it possible for her to come.
Our accommodations were fantastic! The new duplex was a block and a half from the beach and the boardwalk. The rental office and a small store were a ten minute walk. We really never moved the car. The duplex was well equipped and very clean.
We sat on the beach, walked the boardwalk, and ate in very nice restaurants. Our stay there was enhanced by your office staff who went out of their way to see that we had a good time. They are worth their weight in gold.
All four of us thank you very much and want you to know how much we appreciated our vacation.
