All of our fully furnished apartments include air-conditioning, cable TV, and complete kitchen equipped with all of the necessities. Utilities, including electricity, gas, water, and cable, are included in the rent.

These large two-bedroom unit have complete kitchens livingrooms, (second floor unit has diningroom) with queen-size sleeper sofa, both bedrooms with two sets of upper/lower bunks, cable TV, A/C and is just a block to the beach.

This two-bedroom unit has a complete kitchen/livingroom area with queen-size sleeper sofa, 1st bedroom with two sets of upper/lower bunks, one-bedroom with upper/lower bunks, cable TV, A/C and is just a block to the beach. (Sorry, no individual photos of this unit).
Rent can be paid in full prior to arrival or in three equal payments made twenty days apart with the first payment due on the move in date. Security deposit is required in order to reserve a unit. Payment must be made in the form of cash, cashier's check, or money order. Credit cards cannot be accepted for seasonal security deposits or rent payments.
Sorry, we cannot allow pets in any of our rentals.
