2010 Summer Seasonal Rentals
All of our fully furnished apartments include air-conditioning, cable TV, and complete kitchen equipped with all of the necessities. Utilities, including electricity, gas, water, and cable, are included in the rent.

Rent can be paid in full prior to arrival or in three equal payments made twenty days apart with the first payment due on the move in date. Security deposit is required in order to reserve a unit. Payment must be made in the form of cash, cashier's check, or money order. Credit cards cannot be accepted for seasonal security deposits or rent payments.

MINIMUM OCCUPANCY REQUIRED: IMPORTANT!
We have rental units that sleep four, six, eight, ten and twelve. The units that sleep four have a MINIMUM OCCUPANCY of four so the rent for that unit is $4000. The units that sleep six have a MINIMUM OCCUPANCY of six which makes the rent $6000, and so on. A group of two, three or four can rent a unit that sleeps six but the rent is still $6000.
Payment must be made in the form of cash, cashier's check or money order. Credit cards or personal checks cannot be accepted for seasonal security deposits or rent payments.
