We have weekly rentals starting on Saturday and Sunday. Partial week reservations (two night minimum) are available during the shoulder season (May, late August, September) and off-season.
Reservation deposits may be paid by check, money order or credit card. Receipt of your deposit is confirmation of your reservation (see "Cancellations") and a Rental Agreement will be mailed at that time. Review it for accuracy and return our copy to us within ten days. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to check-in, to be paid in the form of a check or money order. Credit cards are not accepted for balance payments. Guest shall not be entitled to possession unless and until said amount has been paid to Agent. $50 late fee if balance due is not received by due date. All rates are subject to a 6% Maryland tax and 4.5% County room tax. A $50 processing fee is charged with every reservation.
The security deposit will be processed within 30 days of check-out and will be returned to guest less any costs for repairs or excessive housekeeping charges if property is not left as required. Violation of rental agreement terms may result in forfeiture of security deposit.

Between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m., unless otherwise noted in your Agreement. Our office closes at 5 p.m., therefore if you will be arriving after 5 p.m., please call us to make alternate arrangements. Additional fees may apply.
Guest agrees to pay an excessive housekeeping fee if property is not left in the following condition: 1) Remove all food from refrigerator and all trash from property. 2) Clean dishes and utensils and store them properly. 3) Leave furniture arranged properly. 4) Check all drawers and closets for personal items. 5) Close windows and lock the doors when leaving; return the keys promptly at 10:00 a.m. to check-in office. Guests are responsible for the property until all keys, pool tags and parking permits are returned and property is vacated.
There is a drop box for the return of keys, pool tags, parking permits, etc. for guests wishing to vacate property during non-operating hours. Guests are required to place keys, etc. in envelope clearly marked with guest’s name, rental unit and departure date. Envelopes will be provided at guest’s request.
Guests may request that deposit be held for following year reservation. Such requests should be made on, or within two weeks of departure date. Reservation for the same week and unit for the following season will be entered into database unless otherwise instructed by guest.
All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation results in forfeiture of rent deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of the rental date do not relieve Guest from payment responsibility of full rental amount including sales tax and processing fee. Your reservation will be in effect upon receipt of your deposit and the cancellation policy will apply at that time. A transfer to another Property at Guest's request will be treated as a cancellation. No refunds will be given for inclement weather, including hurricanes, or for activities beyond control of Owner/Agent.
Linens, Cribs, Supplies
You will need to bring your own linens including pillows, blankets, sheets, and towels, as well as any toiletries and paper products you may require during your stay. If you wish to rent linens, cribs, beach equipment, etc., please call Ocean City Beach & Linen Rental at 410-524-7057 or 800-422-2742. Kitchens are equipped with dishes, flatware, glasses, pots and pans.
The number of assigned spaces varies by building. Some buildings cannot accommodate vehicles so alternative parking is provided. Ocean City Weekly Rentals is not responsible for illegally parked vehicles. Boat trailers, or any other type of trailers, are not permitted to park on city streets or in condominium parking lots.
Pets are prohibited on premises. Violation shall be grounds for immediate eviction.
Person reserving OCWR property must be the person checking in, or Agent has the right to refuse occupancy and treat this reservation as a cancellation. The Property must be occupied by the Guest identified herein and all occupants of the premises shall be supervised by that Guest for the entire duration of the rental period. The occupancy shall not exceed the number of persons identified in rental agreement. Guest agrees that this Agreement may not be assigned or the Property sublet for any reason. Violation of these provisions shall be grounds for immediate eviction.
Due to the unlimited services offered by cell phone providers it is determined that phone service as an amenity is an unnecessary expense. Therefore, phone service is not provided with most of our properties. Reminder: In Maryland, an area code is required when dialing locally.
Most pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The opening and closing of pools varies and is at the building’s discretion. Pools are closed periodically for maintenance without notice.
There will be a $45 fee for lockouts during the hours the rental office is closed, payable when guest is admitted to property.
Fire Ordinance: Grills of any kind are not permitted in any multiple unit buildings or on decks or balconies.

Each property is privately owned and reflects each owner’s personal tastes and requirements. If you have a specific need, please advise us prior to making your reservation, as we will be unable to make substitutions or refunds upon your arrival. Rates are based on weekly occupancy and are set by the individual owners.

Ocean City Weekly Rentals is not responsible for printing or display errors. Many new properties are added to our rental program after the brochure is printed, and www.ocwr.com is continuously updated. Rates may vary and are subject to change until reservation has been confirmed. Please call for specific information.
Guests shall not be entitled to any refund for inoperative appliances, air conditioners, or any other property defect. However, upon being notified of any malfunction, Ocean City Weekly Rentals will make every effort to have the problem repaired. Problems with in the building itself such as an elevator, swimming pool, exterior lights etc. are the buildings responsibility, and again, there will be no refunds for any item not operable.
Agency Relationship / Noise Ordinance
Ocean City Weekly Rentals, Inc. has an agency relationship with owners of properties in our rental program. The agent has been hired and paid by Owners for services rendered. In all negotiations regarding these properties the Agent will be representing the best interest of the Owner. We are required by law to inform you in writing there is a "Noise Control Ordinance" in effect. It makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Dept. of health & Mental Hygiene of the State of Md. (COMAR 10.20.01). Upon notification that these noise levels have been exceeded as a result of activity on premises, guest shall vacate the premises, and no refunds shall be given.
