Family Rental Rates

SPECIAL - BOOK BEFORE JANUARY 1ST AND SAVE!

Our current special is simple:
Put a deposit down on your 2011 reservation before January 1st, 2011 and save up to $200!

The first two charts list our 2010 rates. These are the rates we advertised for last season's weekly rentals. The second two charts list our 2011 rates. This chart shows the increases in weekly rental rates that go into effect after January 1st. If you make your reservation with a $200 security deposit payment sometime between now and January 1st, your rent will be the amount listed in the 2010 chart. For example, if you want to reserve our "Wilmington Townhomes" three bedroom townhouse for the week of July 4th, 2011, the current rental rate is $2750. After the first of the year, the rate for the same week will increase to $2950. BOOK IT NOW AND SAVE $200!
